The Finalists Have Been Announced for the World Fantasy Awards!

The World Fantasy Award nominees for 2011 were announced today. The World Fantasy Award finalists are chosen by a jury of professionals in the field combined with the top two nominations in each category as voted on by attendees of the World Fantasy Convention. Winners will be chosen by judges, and will be announced in November at the World Fantasy convention in Toronto. They are also giving lifetime achievement awards to George R. R. Martin and Alan Garner.
